- Provide attractive fliers and an informative buyer booklet will be ready at your home for buyers to review.
- Hold a broker tour to introduce your property to other agents with potential buyers.

- Field calls from potential buyers and real estate agents.
- Help you decipher and understand all purchase offers.
- Negotiate carefully with your interests in mind.
- Follow the time lines noted in the purchase contract.
- Be sure that all the myriad of necessary paper work is signed and sealed.
